Jesse Levin | StanCorp Mortgage Investors, LLC

Jesse has been active in the commercial real estate and finance and investment industry for almost 15 years.  He joined StanCorp Mortgage Investors in November 2006 as a mortgage loan officer and has originated over 1,000 loans and almost $2 billion of loans on all property types.  Before coming to StanCorp, Jesse spent four years as an Acquisitions Analyst for PNC Multi-Family Capital where he was responsible for the acquisition and distribution of tax credits through underwriting the development of affordable housing.  For the past 7 years, Jesse has evaluated and recommended LIHTC investments for Standard’s corporate tax department through affordable housing.  Jesse is a graduate of Portland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration & Finance.

Steven Weiler | KeyPoint Credit Union

Steven Weiler obtained his undergraduate degree from the University Wisconsin and his MBA in Chicago.  After graduate school Steven worked for US bank as a business loan and commercial real estate underwriter for nearly 8 years. Steven launched a direct CRE loan origination program for Stanford Federal Credit Union 15 years ago.  Five years ago Steven landed at KeyPoint Credit Union leading the origination arm for both investment real estate and SBA loans. KeyPoints model is to originate and sell on secondary market to banks and credit unions.

Chris Norlander | Chase

Chris Norlander has worked at JP Morgan Chase and predecessor companies in San Francisco for the past 14 years, the last 7 as a Client Manager focusing on originating commercial real estate term loans that typically range in size between $1MM and $25MM. Chris has 16 years of banking experience and currently focuses on commercial term loans secured by office, industrial and retail properties in the major coastal metros in California, Oregon and Washington.


Jay Murray | River City Bank

Jay Murray, Senior Vice President has been involved in commercial real estate lending in the Bay Area for over 30 years. He has experience as a both a mortgage banker and a direct lender. Prior to opening the Bay Area office for River City Bank in 2009, Jay worked for Washington Mutual, Union Bank, the Harding-Fletcher Company and BankAmerica Mortgage & International Realty Corporation. Jay received his MBA degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
